Maxim Kolev has been reelected as Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the Guarantee Fund

On June 16, 2022, a meeting of the Council of the Guarantee Fund was held, which includes all insurers obliged to make contributions to it. The Council re-elected Maxim Kolev as Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the Guarantee Fund with a mandate of 4 years.

The GF Council elected a new member of the Management Board - Plamen Yalamov, Insurance Group EAD - who replaces Orlin Penev.

According to the decision of the GF Council, the Management Board is composed of:

• Mr. Maxim Kolev, Chairman and Executive Director
• Mr. Stefan Stoilkov, executive director
• Mr. Plamen Yalemov
• Mr. Plamen Shinov
• Mr. Yuri Kopach
• Mr. Petar Avramov
• Mr. Milen Markov
